Yes. Ostheo imports your patients from a CSV or Excel file exported from your current software. You match columns, spot duplicates and preview records before confirming. Nothing changes in your previous tool.
They include the mandatory French mentions (practitioner identity, RPPS, SIRET, patient, date, treatment, amount, payment method) and follow continuous, gap-free numbering. An issued invoice can no longer be edited: corrections go through a credit note. Still, have your accountant check your mentions.
Care given by a practitioner entitled to use the osteopath title is VAT-exempt in France. Ostheo adds this mention to your invoices. For a taxable side activity (workshop, sales), you set another mention: it is never applied automatically.
Yes. Ostheo runs in the browser, on a computer or a tablet, with nothing to install. Everyday screens are designed to be used standing, between two patients.
Yes. You can export all your data (patients, consultations, invoices) in open formats, at any time, free of charge.
Ostheo is designed to run on an HDS-certified health-data host in France. The HDS-certified host will be named on our Security page before launch.
No. The subscription is monthly or yearly and can be cancelled at any time. Your data remains exportable after cancellation.
