Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
You get every feature for 30 days, no card required. At the end of the trial, choose a plan or export your data.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Moving from Solo to Practice is immediate, and the amount is prorated.
What does “launch pricing” mean?
These are Ostheo’s prices for its first months. If our pricing changes, we will tell you by email in advance.
Will I get an invoice for my subscription?
Yes, every month or every year depending on your billing, downloadable from your settings.
Is there a commitment?
No. The subscription is monthly or yearly and can be cancelled at any time. Your data remains exportable after cancellation.
Can I get my data back if I leave?
Yes. You can export all your data (patients, consultations, invoices) in open formats, at any time, free of charge.
Can I import my data from my previous software?
Yes. Ostheo imports your patients from a CSV or Excel file exported from your current software. You match columns, spot duplicates and preview records before confirming. Nothing changes in your previous tool.
