Draft document. Passages in square brackets must be completed by the publisher before going live.

  1. 01Who this covers

This policy covers website visitors and practitioners with an account. Patient data entered in the application is processed under each practitioner’s responsibility, with Ostheo acting as processor.

  2. 02Controller

[To be completed by the publisher: identity and contact details of the controller and the data protection officer.]

  3. 03Data collected

Practitioner account: name, email address, professional details (RPPS, SIRET, practice address). Website: technical data required for it to work. [To be completed by the publisher.]

  4. 04Purposes and legal bases

[To be completed by the publisher: providing the service (contract), invoicing (legal obligation), security (legitimate interest), etc.]

  5. 05Retention periods

[To be completed by the publisher: period per data category.]

  6. 06Cookies

By default the site only uses trackers needed for it to work (language, display theme, sign-in session, remembering your cookie choice). Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure the site’s audience and improve the product: the tag is loaded only after you agree, with advertising signals disabled. No patient data is ever sent: inside the app, page addresses are reduced to route templates (identifiers replaced) and titles to generic labels; events only carry short codes (button location, chosen plan), never free text. Google Ireland Limited acts as our processor; data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Measurement data is kept for 14 months. You can withdraw consent at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page; you are asked again after six months.

  7. 07Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL. [To be completed by the publisher: address for exercising your rights.]
